We are a group of people who love Jesus, love each other, and love serving together to make Jesus famous. We would love for you to join us on a Sunday morning.
Feel free to look around and explore. We know that visiting a church can be intimidating and finding a church that fits can be a difficult task. At Living Waters it’s our goal to help you feel welcomed and loved. We hope that you would prayerfully consider visiting us on a Sunday morning and if you have any questions feel free to give us a call.
We have two Services on Sunday Morning at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.

Our Team
Pastor
Eric & Nicole Ratliff
Together, Pastor Eric and Nicole Ratliff answered the call to become Lead Pastors at Living Waters Church On October 18, 2015. They have been serving in full time ministry since 2002 and have a passion to see people lives changed and God glorified through the process.
Pastor Eric and Nicole have four children and love working in ministry together. They love walking on the beach and exploring the many great trails of southern Oregon. Pastor Eric enjoys camping, fishing, hunting, playing disc golf and watching movies. Nicole enjoys reading and taking beautiful photos.
Bryon and Debbie Shaw
“Hi my name is Bryon Shaw, my wife Debbie and I moved here to Brookings Oregon in 2014. We moved from Sacramento, California. We have two adult daughters and one adult son, three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. It is a great joy in our life that the Lord gave them to us. We both take great joy to know Jesus as our Lord and Savior, and to be used by Him to tough the hearts and lives of others. Debbie loves ministering to people one on one and loves walking on the beach. I also like walks on the beach, but my favorite things to do is helping others, and teaching and preaching.”
Daniel and Brooklyn Osterhage
“Hi my name is Daniel Osterhage and I get to be the youth pastor here at Living Waters. My wife Brooklyn and I felt the Lord call us to move to Brookings August 2023. We are so thankful to be apart of the church community. We love our dog Bruce, board and card games, movies and good tv shows, cooking together, Thai food, and the outdoors. I’m blessed to serve the youth of this community and hope to see God transform their lives in incredible ways.”
Michael Leveque
“I’m Michael and I have a passion to see people enter into God’s presence through worship. I’ve always had a love for music and in the last few years I have been led to use my gifts to serve God by leading worship. I am a student at Del Norte High school and will be graduating in 2024. I plan on pursuing a degree in music ministry after graduation. I love hanging with friends, playing guitar, and spending time outside.”
